Did you know that The Black Mages version of FFX 'Otherworld' is sung by a girl? :) It's an interesting twist... but I think I prefer the manly throat-ripping version myself. -still bets she could sing 'A Vampire's Lament' properly if she wanted to- xD

Anyway, it's mock exams week at the moment. I'm kinda proud of how 'spread out' mine are... although I do have two exams on one day on two occassions.

Monday: English, French (I think these two went pretty well)
Tuesday: 'Free' to study for Chinese and celebrate Cloud's birthday... and Chris' too, or so I'm told ;D Happy Birthday, you guys :)
Wednesday: Chinese
Thursday: ICT. Programming. Should be a breeze ;D I'm good at programming. I love eet. :)
Friday: Nothing >D
Monday: Maths, Biology (....xD)

Then I have Tuesday FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE. ALL MINE. HAR HAR HAR HAR. >DD

I have also been very SICK SICK SICK SICK SICK. It SUCKS. As if I wasn't born sick to begin with D;
I've been sick most of this year for some reason or other. I had a blood test done when I went to the hospital for my four-yearly skin prick test, but they tested for everything and came up with NOTHING. I ABHOR being so sick. I woke up yesterday and it felt like my throat was on fire.

Thank goodness for the traditional quick-fix Chinese remedy of hot water xD
(No sugar, or that kinda defeats the whole purpose of the phlegm-killing thing you're trying to achieve.)

Anyone who knows me will be familiar with how - when I do cosplays by myself - I go to Arthur Toye's on Lambton and buy fabric from the Remnants table (gawd I love that name xD) ONLY. I pick mostly for colour and whichever one has the most for my cheap monies.

Then I root through my sewing kit (or mum's) and find a thread colour that matches the best, or I just use black or white.

THEN I HANDSEW LIEK, THE ENTIRE THING. HUR HUR HUR HUR HUR >DD

My CC~Yuffie cosplay? HANDSEWED! ....Well, mostly. Except for a bit of ribbon that Marina did and the side seams mum told me were ugly so she made me redo them. xDD

I plan to handsew for Simon (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann) and Soul (Soul Eater). >3

Does Cosplay Ball come under this too? ....Meh, it mentions 'Cosplay'.
Since the emails I've received have told me (long story short) that only certain people can run events using our school hall (you should have told me that first!! And can't you just straight out say, "sorry, you're a student, therefore we don't trust you"?! DX) we may take some time in finding a new venue. Good thing we're starting so early. xD

Because Rallion keeps on pushing me to finish my latest chapter worth of story. xD

Why d'you keep on making me write so much anyway?! xDD

(I concede, however, that if you didn't keep on prodding me for more, it'd probably take me longer to get done.)

I seriously doubt that I've ever made so much progress on one game in several months as I have with Final Fantasy VI. Seriously, it's gorgeous. I won't compare VI, VII and VIII since they're all different anyway. But lemme tell you.... VI is f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c. :DD

Owzer's House scared the crap out of me though. Mode 7!! Mode 7!! XDD

I'm STUCK STUCK STUCK in DMC3 though, I've been at the 2nd Vergil battle for aaaaages. I get halfway and then I die xDD
Maybe I should buy a Holy Water or two for the last half....

Well, they have a competition every week, yeah?

And last week the prize was one of three Tintin DVD box sets, yeah?

And I looooooove Tintin, yeah?

I think you get where I'm going with this xD Anyway, because my sister and I religiously read the TV Week after school on Tuesdays (XDD) I was alerted to thees competishuuun ;D
All you had to do was name the new Presto mascot (this white dog thing) and send it it with the Presto membership slip ;D I've actually ben a Presto member since waaaay back when, when it was still 'The Evening Post' and 'The Dominion' separately. I was trying to figure out where my old card was, but I couldn't find it... I looked at the join-up sheet on the Presto page and it said that Presto members could be between 5 and 16. I almost cried with happiness xD

Because I was eager (VERY eager) to get an entry in, I quickly racked my brain for names and asked my sister what she thought etc.

Me: "What about... 'Auron'?!"
Sis: "What?!"
Me: "No you're right, it's too manly for that mangy-looking thing...."
Sis: "o___O"
Me: "OH, I KNOW!! ANSEM!! 8DD" -scrawls 'Ansem' on the form-
Sis: "No!!"
Me: "Yes!! >D"

Then I cut out the forms, ran off to get an envelope, nicely folded everything (:D) and put it in, scrawled the address on the envelope, then I ran off to give it to mum. Her first reaction was to laugh at me. xDD

So if I get it, the dog will be named Ansem and I'll get a Tintin DVD boxset. Only if I win though. (...I hope I get one xDD)

Hokay, time for me to write some more chapter, while I still have a bit of time. x3
